Business Development Associate supporting company growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities.
The role works closely with senior leadership and requires independently managing multiple initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct financial assessments, feasibility studies, business case evaluations, and commercial analysis to support investment decisions.
- Lead and coordinate business initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, accountability, and effective stakeholder management.
- Assist with structuring, negotiating, and executing commercial agreements, partnerships, and investment transactions.
- Prepare presentations, financial reports, investment proposals, and executive updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to advance projects and strategic objectives.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in business development, investments, corporate finance, management consulting, real estate, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong business and financial acumen and ability to evaluate commercial opportunities and investment proposals.
- Excellent managerial, organizational, and project management skills; able to take ownership, manage priorities, and deliver independently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, including financial analysis and executive presentations.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
