The company provides academic research support and publishing services for scholars, professors, researchers, and professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Contact prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, and online meetings; schedule meetings to understand client requirements.
- Explain services, offerings, and processes professionally; address queries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Build long-term client relationships, follow up, maintain communication records, and track ongoing requirements.
- Support client engagement, lead management, and business relationship development.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
- Professional attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage meetings, follow-ups, and multiple client requirements.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply.
Compensation
- The description states ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month during a three-month probation period.
- Post-probation compensation may be revised to approximately ₹3–₹4 LPA based on performance and company terms.
- A separate pay field in the description states ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month.
Location and work arrangement
- Job location is Gurugram, Haryana.
