• Responsibilities / Authorities / Accountabilities

  • + Primary Functions
  • + Driving new business development across B&I service lie in UAE
  • + Identity, qualify and secure new projects opportunity.
  • + Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award.
  • + Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors and asset owners
  • + Own revenue target and pipeline performance
  • + Ensure Salesforce accuracy and active pipeline management
  • + Collaborate with technical team to structure winning proposals
  • + Technical Expertise
  • + Strong understanding of engineering consultancy / inspection / structural review services.
  • + Ability to analyze RFPs documents and define commercial strategy.
  • + Capability to structure competitive profitable proposals.
  • + Knowledge of UAE construction market and regulatory landscape.
  • + Good relationship with Developers, consultant and contractor in UAE.
  • + Business Requirements
  • + Achieve Monthly, Quarterly and yearly revenue and margins targets.
  • + Maintain minimum 5x-10x pipeline coverage
  • + Increase wallet share within strategic accounts.
  • + Report weekly sales performance, pipeline movement and blockers
  • + Support pricing strategy aligned with market positions
  • + Self Management
  • + Strong ownership mindset and accountability for targets.
  • + High resilience and ability to handle long sales cycles.
  • + Structured time management and territory planning.
