  • This is a high- stakes, 'boots-on-the-ground' business development role.
  • We are not looking for a consultant or a manager we are looking for a Closer
  • You will not be explaining the wiring of a sensor__our engineering team handles the technical heavy lifting __but you will be responsible for the raw hustle required to get in front of decision- makers. this role requires a rare combination: the sophiscation to navigate a corporate boardroom or a local Majlis, and the tenacity to
  • cold call, knock on doors at industrial sites
  • , and relentlessly pursue leads until they close.
  • ***Key Responsibilities :***
  • **Active Prospecting:**
  • This is a "Hunter" role.
  • You are expected to cold call, knock on doors, and leverage your "black book" to create opportunities where none existed.
  • **Monetize Your Network:**
  • Open doors within the transport, construction, and logistics sectors using existing high-level contacts.
  • **Strategic Relationship Architecture:**
  • Move beyond standard sales cycles to build long-term, high-value alliances with CEOs and Operations Directors.
  • **High-Stakes Presentations:**
  • Conduct executive-level pitches focused on ROI, liability reduction, and operational safety.
  • **Market Penetration:**
  • Identify, hunt, and close large-scale fleet contracts across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
  • ***Qualifications :***
  • **The Hustle:**
  • You are a self-starter who isn't afraid of the "No." You understand that high-ticket sales in the UAE require a mix of premium networking and aggressive cold outreach.
  • **The UAE Network:**
  • A pre-existing "black book" of contacts or a proven ability to penetrate the UAE’s premium business and industrial circles.
  • **Bilingual Mastery:**
  • Absolute fluency in Arabic and English is non-negotiable.
  • You must communicate with authority at all levels of UAE society.
  • **Sales Pedigree:**
  • A background in high-ticket, high-pressure sales (Premium Real Estate, Luxury Assets, or Corporate Services) is highly valued.
  • **Coachability:**
  • You are willing to undergo rigorous training on our systems to ensure you can speak confidently about the value we provide.
  • **Self-Sovereignty:**
  • You operate with total independence.
  • You manage your own pipeline, hit your targets, and do whatever it takes to close the deal.
  • ***Location & Requirements :***
  • **Based in UAE:**
  • Deep understanding of local business etiquette and procurement cycles in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
  • **Availability:**
  • Full-time, field-based role.
