We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven **Business developement Executive** who is fluent in Arabic and English to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development, particularly within the staffing or professional services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target prospective clients across industries to expand our client base
- Generate leads through various channels and convert them into revenue opportunities
- Must have valid UAE driving license.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop long-term partnerships
- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate staffing/IT service solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Prepare and deliver professional business presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
- Must be an Arabic
Required Qualifications & Skills
- **Nationality:** Arabic (mandatory)
- **Experience:** 3 to 8 years in business development or sales
- **Language:** Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken & written)
- **IT Knowledge:** Strong understanding of IT concepts, solutions, and industry terminology
- **Communication:** Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- **Work Ethic:** Smart, hardworking, confident, and result-oriented with a sincere attitude
- **Pressure Handling:** Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
- **Advantageous:** Experience in staffing/professional services industry is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
