We are looking for an experienced **Senior Copilot Engineer** to join our team and help drive AI-powered digital transformation initiatives using Microsoft 365 Copilot technologies.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Design, develop, and implement Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions
✅ Build custom Copilot agents, workflows, and AI-powered automation solutions
✅ Drive enterprise-wide Copilot adoption and AI-first culture initiatives
✅ Conduct training sessions, workshops, and user enablement programs
✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders, leadership teams, and IT departments to identify and implement high-value AI use cases
✅ Measure adoption outcomes and continuously optimize solutions for business value
Required Skills
4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
Strong expertise in AI agent design, prompt engineering, and workflow automation
Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Platform)
Experience
supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven experience delivering Copilot training, clinics, and adoption programs
Experience
with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Knowledge of AI governance, security, and compliance frameworks
Microsoft AI, Copilot, or related cloud certifications
Experience
leading AI adoption programs in enterprise environments
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
