Role and transformation

Deployment and process convergence

• Support convergence-runway activities in line with agreed timescales and expectations.
• Analyze existing data, processes, and systems for delivery planning.
• Support local upskilling and training related to catalogue changes.
• Work with the Deployment Team, GPOs, and process leads on process design, standardization, and dependencies.

Data and governance

• Help define data models and standards and support consistent data management.
• Support data migration and changes during cutover.
• Ensure controls and governance support change activity and data integrity.
• Coordinate with the FSS MDM team to align systems and processes.

Projects and change

• Manage ad hoc convergence projects and deliverables within timescales and budget.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on change management and align project and change-control reporting with governance.

What Greencore is looking for

• Comfort working with large datasets from varied sources and previous ERP experience.
• Track record of building trusted stakeholder relationships and communicating effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
• Large-scale transformation program experience is preferred.
• Understanding of Protean, static data records, and end-to-end process interactions.
• Experience driving change-rich environments and realizing tangible benefits.
• Understanding of the Bakkavor business, OTC, PTP, and R2R landscape and existing pain points.
