Position Overview
You will join our Legal Team & Corporate Department, working closely with the Head of Corporate Department and a Partner handling corporate matters and drafting legal documents.
Your role
will support all corporate-legal operations and contribute to the team’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and managing corporate-legal documentation.
- Perform legal research, summaries and corporate agreements under supervision.
- Support the team in contract lifecycle management, corporate governance and compliance tasks.
- Update and maintain records in the firm’s system; coordinate with internal legal teams and ensure accuracy.
- Liaise with external advisors, regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and track corporate timelines and deliverables, ensuring they meet organisational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related discipline.
- 2–4 years’ experience in a paralegal or legal-support role within a law-firm or corporate legal team.
- Familiarity with UAE corporate law, contracts and regulatory framework.
- Proficient in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- High level of attention to detail, flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document-management systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise efficiently and maintain composure under pressure.
