Role Overview

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Consultant – Engineering to lead the delivery and implementation of the Xpedeon ERP System, with a focus on engineering-related modules.
  • The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in construction and engineering project operations within the Middle East, combined with a strong consultative mindset. This role requires aligning client processes with Xpedeon's standardized Engineering framework, which is based on industry best practices and compliant with regional construction sector requirements.
  • Key Responsibilitie

s1. Process Consulting & Agreemen

  • tConduct meetings to explain Xpedeon Engineering module processes to client
  • sMap existing client processes to Xpedeon standard processes and configuration
  • sDefine and agree on "To-Be" processes within project scope covering engineering workflow
  • sAlign client reporting requirements with system capabilities across modules such as
