Business Center Leasing Agent

We are looking for an experienced Business Center Leasing Agent responsible for generating business, leasing office spaces, and managing the complete leasing cycle.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, business center or real estate leasing experience, and the ability to independently generate leads and close deals.

· Generate new leads and identify potential clients for business center offices

· Promote and lease business center office solutions and related services

· Conduct office viewings and client meetings

· Handle client negotiations, proposals, and closing of leasing deals

· Manage the complete leasing process from inquiry to agreement signing

· Follow up with existing clients for renewals and additional requirements

· Manage online listings, inquiries, and lead conversion

· Build and maintain strong client relationships

· Achieve monthly leasing and revenue targets

· 3-5 years of experience in business center leasing, real estate leasing, or similar sales role

· Strong knowledge of Dubai office leasing market

· Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills

· Target-oriented and self-motivated

· Immediate joiner preferred
