Role overview
The role supports product design, development, validation, and support for Infosys Equinox clients.
Product and delivery responsibilities
- Define products and document customer business functions and processes from market and client needs.
- Translate client requests into development stories and define project scope with architects and project managers.
- Coordinate with technology, development, testing, engineering, UI, and documentation teams.
- Conduct acceptance, functional, and user acceptance testing and review test cases.
- Manage release scoping, change requests, documentation, testing, and signoffs.
- Explain changes and solutions to clients and end users and identify business-process improvement opportunities.
- Prepare use cases, BRDs, SRS documents, functional documentation, and release notes.
- Develop training curricula, conduct formal training, and help users learn assigned product modules.
Requirements
- Ecommerce domain expertise.
- Client-facing consulting skills and strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Roadmap and program management skills.
- Foundational AI/GenAI knowledge, hands-on experience with AI tools, and rapid prototyping.
- Analytical strength, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills.
