Act as a bridge between Business, Operations, Product, and Technology teams in Wealth Management.
Analyze requirements, design solutions, support project delivery, and drive enhancements across Wealth Management platforms.
Candidate profile
- Experienced Business Analyst with strong Wealth Management domain expertise.
- Strong knowledge of bonds, mutual funds, equities, structured products, margin lending, and wealth operations.
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and production support.
- Knowledge of loan-to-value calculations, margin utilization and calls, collateral management, pledged securities management, and risk monitoring and exposure calculations.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Wealth Management stakeholders.
- Prepare BRDs, FSDs, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Translate business requirements into functional and system requirements.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions.
- Support project delivery and drive enhancements across Wealth Management platforms.
Nice to have
- Good knowledge of Finacle Wealth Management System and Lending Module is a nice-to-have.
