Supports a project evaluating multiple chatbot responses through structured comparisons and final assessments against defined criteria.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and analyze workflows, processes, and data for gaps and improvements.
- Create reports, dashboards, process maps, and other documentation; support planning, testing, implementation, and user acceptance testing.
- Coordinate technical and cross-functional teams, track progress, risks, dependencies, and KPIs, and present recommendations.
- Compare multiple chatbot outputs and provide final evaluations.
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, attention-to-detail, and documentation skills.
- Experience with requirements gathering and process mapping; ability to work across teams and manage priorities.
- Agile or Scrum knowledge is advantageous.
Offer details
- The structured salary is USD 28–30 per hour.
- The role is project-based and involves a defined number of evaluation tasks.
- The project duration is 16 weeks.
Work schedule
- Five working days per week, including weekends as required, with two weekdays off.
Workplace
- The role is fully remote.
