The Role
We are looking for a
Business Analyst
to join our team and drive the modernization of our ticketing and guest experience platforms.
You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver seamless, customer-centric solutions for a high-volume, real-time operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Create wireframes, process flows, and user journey diagrams using tools like Figma, Lucidchart, or Visio
- Manage and track requirements using JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
- Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Coordinate UAT cycles, defect triage, and business sign-off
- Act as a liaison between business users, operations, and technical teams
- Support change management and end-user adoption
Key Requirements
- **5+ years**
Experience As A Business Analyst In
- ticketing, airline, travel, or high-volume transactional environments
- Strong experience with
- GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo), PSS (Navitaire/Amadeus Altea), or reservation/ticketing platforms
- Excellent
- requirements elicitation, BRD/FRD/SOP documentation, and stakeholder management
Skills
- Hands-on with
- wireframing tools
(Figma, Balsamiq, Lucidchart, Visio, Miro)
- Proficiency in
- JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- **Bachelor's degree**
- in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Nice to Have
- Experience in
- theme parks, aviation, or high-footfall operational environments
- **Certifications:**
CSPO, CSM, PMI-PBA, PMP, or BCS
