Job Title :Business Analyst with 3PL experience
Duration: 6 months
Location: Dubai, UAE
On-site/Hybrid/Remote: 100% on-site.
Project Overview -
This project involves performing comprehensive business analysis for a global 3PL logistics company based in Dubai over a 6-month period.
The primary focus is on process documentation, gap analysis, and test scenario design to identify operational inefficiencies, document business processes, and support the implementation of improved solutions in logistics and supply chain operations.
Objectives
- Document and map existing logistics and supply chain processes
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement
- Design effective test scenarios to validate proposed process enhancements
- Scope of Work
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business and operational requirements
- Create detailed process documentation covering current workflows and systems within the 3PL environment
- Perform gap analysis between current and desired states of logistics processes and related IT systems
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within 3PL logistics companies
- Strong skills in process mapping, documentation, and workflow analysis
- Ability to design, document, and execute business test scenarios for process improvements
