Role overview

Supports a business transformation project implementing a NetSuite ERP solution at IAFD Service Group.

Partners with senior stakeholders across core business functions and a third-party implementation partner from project initiation.

Shapes future ways of working, leads requirements definition, and supports delivery using a configuration-versus-customization mindset.

Duties and responsibilities

Analyze current-state ways of working, document future-state business processes, and identify technology enablement and optimization opportunities.
Gather, elicit, analyze, and document business needs and objectives for the NetSuite implementation.
Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements with cross-functional teams and the implementation vendor.
Create and maintain business requirements documents for clear stakeholder communication.
Apply waterfall and agile methods within the project's hybrid framework.
Liaise between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience and qualifications

At least five years as a business analyst focused on process modeling and requirements documentation for technology implementations in complex organizations.
Proven NetSuite ERP experience and familiarity with lead-to-quote, design-to-build, procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce, and order-to-cash processes.
Strong proficiency in business process modeling and extensive experience with waterfall and agile methodologies.
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and executive communication skills, including collaboration with senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business needs and evaluate process and technology solutions.
Manufacturing and/or field service industry experience is a significant plus.
