Role overview

Experienced Business Analyst supporting IAFD's technology transformation through implementation of a NetSuite ERP solution.

The role joins the project at initiation, partners with senior stakeholders and the implementation partner, and supports successful delivery.

The role interfaces day to day with IAFD's leadership team.

Principal duties and responsibilities

  • Gather, elicit, analyze, and document requirements and business objectives related to the NetSuite implementation.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements with cross-functional teams and the third-party vendor.
  • Create and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs), emphasizing configuration over customization.

Experience and qualifications

  • 8+ years as a Business Analyst, focused on process modeling and requirements documentation for technology implementations in complex organizations.
  • Proven experience working with NetSuite ERP and familiarity implementing support for lead-to-quote, design-to-build, procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce, and order-to-cash processes.
  • Strong proficiency in business process modeling techniques.
  • Extensive experience with waterfall and agile methods for requirements work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including effective collaboration with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying business needs and evaluating process and technology solutions.
