Job Summary
The Business Analyst will bridge business, technology, and vendors to deliver digital banking initiatives.
The role involves gathering and translating requirements into functional specifications for mobile and online banking platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories).
- Support delivery of mobile banking, online banking, onboarding, payments, and digital channels.
- Work with IT, UX/UI, and vendors during design and development.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support UAT.
- Conduct gap analysis and map customer journeys.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory standards.
- Manage stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 3–7 years experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in Retail & Digital Banking
- Hands-on with Mobile & Online Banking platforms
- Minimum 2 years experience in Finacle IBMB (mandatory)
- UAE / GCC banking experience
Preferred
- Exposure to digital onboarding, payments, wallets, open banking
• Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile, Scrum
