A leading global investment platform is looking to hire a Senior Associate to join its Technology team, supporting the business-critical applications that power investment, portfolio, fund operations and investor reporting workflows.
This is a genuinely hybrid role sitting between technology, operations and investments - ideal for someone who enjoys combining business analysis, applications ownership and project delivery within a high-performance investment environment.
Key responsibilities include
- Owning and enhancing core investment and fund operations platforms
- Gathering requirements, writing functional specifications, process maps and user stories
- Leading end-to-end application and transformation projects
- Managing integrations between investment systems, reporting tools and data platforms
- Driving system reliability, data quality, governance and operational efficiency
- Managing vendors, SLAs, renewals and platform roadmaps
- Supporting users and continuously improving workflows and processes
- Ideal background:
- 8-10+ years’ experience within high performance financial environments
- Strong understanding of investment operations, fund accounting, investor reporting and the investment lifecycle
- Experience working closely with both business stakeholders and technology teams
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as eFront, Investran, Allvue or similar
- Exposure to reporting tools, SQL, data warehousing or cloud environments is advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management and project delivery experience
