Required qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant banking applications experience and strong banking domain knowledge.
- Experience in requirements gathering and functional documentation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Finance.
Required skills
- Business and requirements analysis; BRD, FRD, and FSD documentation.
- Business process design, workflow mapping, wireframes, prototypes, and process flows.
- Functional design, scope finalization, and user acceptance testing.
- Client interaction and communication; effort estimation support.
- Remittance knowledge is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze client requirements; prepare FSD and approach documents.
- Develop prototypes, wireframes, and process flows; define and finalize application scope.
- Transfer knowledge to development and testing teams and support project managers with effort estimation.
- Conduct functional reviews, support UAT, and deliver client product demonstrations.
- Handle customer interactions and functional design; prepare and maintain BRD and FRD documents.
Preferred profile
- Experience in an IT company with exposure to banking projects is preferred.
- Remittance domain knowledge is an added advantage.
- CBAP certification is preferred.
