We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of AI-powered solutions, enterprise transformation programs, and business process optimization initiatives across multiple client environments.
This opportunity is ideal for client-facing Business Analysts who possess strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, ERP implementations, procurement transformation, stakeholder management, and enterprise solution delivery.
Candidates with exposure to AI, SaaS platforms, digital transformation, or emerging technologies will be highly regarded.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, customer success teams, product managers, engineers, and delivery teams to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into actionable solution designs and successful project outcomes.
This is a contract engagement with an immediate hiring timeline and an onsite work setup in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and business requirements across client environments
- Conduct detailed business analysis activities including requirements gathering, process mapping, workflow analysis, gap assessments, and solution recommendations
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, process flows, use cases, and delivery documentation
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, requirement sessions, and business process discovery activities
- Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, inefficiencies, improvement opportunities, and business insights
- Develop presentations, reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to communicate findings and recommendations effectively
- Support ERP, procurement transformation, business process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, product teams, and delivery teams to ensure alignment throughout project execution
- Collaborate with AI, product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and client expectations
- Support UAT activities, solution validation, business sign-off processes, and post-deployment improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency improvements across client environments
- Maintain project documentation, requirements repositories, meeting outcomes, and delivery artefacts throughout the project lifecycle
Required Experience
- 3–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Analyst, or similar client-facing role
- Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements
- Proven experience supporting ERP implementation, ERP transformation, or enterprise business systems projects
- Experience working with Procurement, Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Purchasing, Vendor Management, or Supply Chain business processes
- Strong business process analysis, process mapping, workflow documentation, and gap analysis capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Flows, Use Cases, and functional documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert complex business requirements into actionable deliverables
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Asana, or similar platforms
- Proficiency with reporting, analytics, and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting AI, Machine Learning, SaaS, Automation, or Digital Transformation initiatives
- Experience working within consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology environments
- Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, SAP Ariba, Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar enterprise solutions
- Experience within technology, financial services, government, energy, utilities, or large enterprise environments
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
- Business Analysis certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, ECBA, Agile BA, or
