Work arrangement
- The role is hybrid and located in Montreal.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for operational solutions.
- Compile and analyze data for reports and management performance indicators.
- Advise managers and staff on practical solutions to complex problems.
- Guide vendors as needed and collaborate with support and project teams to ensure service quality.
- Coordinate activities with other support teams to provide effective operational assistance.
- Contribute to communications about architecture, performance, capacity, and business process support capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with standards and processes.
- Coordinate support teams and manage budgets for minor enhancements.
- Advance multiple operational initiatives and project-related activities simultaneously.
Required qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand business needs.
- Recommend solutions aligned with cost and timeline constraints while identifying risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Experience coordinating or managing teams and support-related activities.
- Demonstrated leadership advancing multiple operational initiatives and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in French and English.
Compensation
- The stated estimated pay range is $60,000 to $110,000; no pay cadence is specified.
