Business requirements and analysis
- Lead analysis workstreams and identify stakeholders and approaches for eliciting requirements.
- Gather requirements through workshops, interviews, observation, and document reviews.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Use root cause analysis, user story mapping, user journeys, use cases, process mapping, SIPOC, value stream mapping, and wireframes.
Impact assessment, process, and data modelling
- Assess impacts to processes, systems, data, and the International Offices operating model.
- Document current-state environments and evaluate proposed changes and implementation considerations.
- Model current- and target-state processes using BPMN; facilitate workshops and interviews.
- Use lean principles and analyze data models, complex requirements, issues, and dependencies.
Project delivery and governance
- Create requirements documents, traceability matrices, process models, user stories, use cases, prototypes, and wireframes as appropriate.
- Work within project delivery governance frameworks to support effective decisions and outcomes.
