Role overview

Leadership and client partnership

• Work alongside the Managing Director and Commercial Director as a dependable contact for improvement and change.
• Translate strategic and commercial objectives into deliverable work.
• Support contract delivery by understanding client requirements and representing client needs within the business.
• Build relationships with operational teams, executive leaders, clients, and contract partners.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions and tailor communication to the audience.

Opportunity and process improvement

• Assess how the business area operates and identify opportunities involving team organization, capability, capacity, roles, and ways of working.
• Identify inefficient, inconsistent, manual, or risky processes and opportunities to simplify or redesign them.
• Identify opportunities to use existing systems and data or new technology to reduce friction, save time, or support growth.
• Quantify benefits, effort, and priority to support leadership decisions.
• Analyze current processes, design improved ways of working, document processes and procedures, and support implementation.
• Track and measure the impact of process changes against agreed outcomes.

Requirements and delivery coordination

• Capture, elicit, analyze, challenge, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders across functions.
• Distinguish business needs, user requirements, and solution constraints and provide traceable inputs to Product Owners and delivery teams.
• Coordinate suppliers, vendors, and contract partners and keep external work scoped, aligned, and on track.
• Support system rollouts and business change; the provided source text ends before the sentence is complete.
