Role purpose

Customer engagement and requirements

• Gather customer requirements and coordinate with client engagement partners on RFP and RFI needs.
• Document scope, functional requirements, non-functional requirements, features, and unstated customer needs.
• Create workflow charts, diagrams, and specifications based on requirements analysis.
• Present proposed solutions and prototypes and collect customer feedback.

Delivery and solution support

• Coordinate with project managers, pre-sales teams, technical leads, and architects on solution responses.
• Review test cases and support QA testing to verify coverage of customer requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support integration testing and user acceptance demonstrations.
• Facilitate change requests, apply data modeling, and assemble complete RFP or RFI responses.
• Define project milestones and support delivery teams in providing quality solutions on time.

Domain expertise

• Share expertise with other business analysts and contribute to the knowledge repository.
• Write whitepapers, research papers, points of view, and reusable project use cases.
• Conduct market research to provide current inputs to projects and improve customer value.

Mandatory qualifications

• Bring 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Possess mandatory AI Cognitive skills.

Core capabilities

• RFP and RFI solutioning, workflow documentation, and presentations.
