Overview
**Job Overview:** My Career Online is seeking a proactive **Business Analyst — IT** to join our team.
In this critical role, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, identify solutions, and improve the overall efficiency of our IT processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Analyze and model business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design tailored solutions that align with business goals.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Support the implementation of technology solutions by coordinating testing and feedback.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) are a plus.
- **3+** **years** of experience in business analysis, particularly within IT.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., SQL, Excel).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Salary
Hourly rate between **QAR 70 - 120**, depending on experience.
