Role Overview

Leadership and Direction

• Partner with leadership to identify process improvement, automation, governance, and enterprise systems optimization opportunities.
• Promote standardization, scalability, governance, data quality, and reusability across enterprise systems and business processes.
• Support continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, methodologies, governance standards, portfolio reporting, and delivery practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical applications that create measurable business value.

Operational Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder discovery sessions and translate business needs into functional requirements, workflows, user stories, process maps, and specifications.
• Perform data analysis using enterprise reporting tools and basic SQL queries.
• Administer and optimize Smartsheet, including sheets, dashboards, reports, forms, workflows, and templates.
• Lead business analysis and functional improvement efforts involving Deltek Vantagepoint and related enterprise systems.
• Analyze system integrations and data flows, and define functional data-governance requirements.
• Coordinate user-access reviews, control testing, testing, validation, deployment, and stabilization activities.
• Maintain requirements, decisions, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and action logs.
• Lead development and quality review of business, process, system, and solution documentation.
• Support stakeholder adoption and organizational readiness activities.

Qualifications

• A related bachelor's degree is required, although commensurate experience may substitute.
• At least five years of experience in business systems, enterprise delivery, or systems analysis is required.
• Basic SQL query writing and interpretation, Smartsheet or comparable platform experience, and enterprise implementation and user acceptance testing experience are required.
• Deltek Vantagepoint, APIs, system integrations, Python, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Power Platform, AEC, and project accounting experience are preferred or advantageous.

Working Environment

• The role is primarily performed in an indoor professional office environment with frequent use of standard office equipment.
• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and reaching of up to 20 pounds may be required.

Compensation

• The salary range is $104,000-$130,000 per year, with eligible variable compensation and benefits.
