Role Overview

What You’ll Do

• Work with stakeholders to understand complex business needs and data requirements, then translate them into reporting, visualizations, and actionable insights.
• Compile large amounts of data from multiple sources and link datasets to create reports and solutions.
• Run reports, correct file errors, normalize data, and create scenario-based models accurately and on time.
• Present complex information and data in a clear, easy-to-understand way for different audiences.
• Support multi-workstream engagements, prioritize client requests, and manage work objectives using project plans and issue logs.
• Manage issues and risks throughout the project or engagement lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, travel, business administration, finance, decision sciences, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of work experience, including at least 2 years in a business travel or consulting organization.
• Strong Tableau proficiency, including the ability to produce a work sample.
• Proficiency in Alteryx, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Access.
• Strong analytical, project management, interpersonal, listening, written presentation, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, adapt to a dynamic environment, work across multiple projects, and maintain client focus and quality.
• A master’s degree is preferred; knowledge of Hive or R is a plus.
