A Day in the Life
Working closely with operational stakeholders, product managers, developers, and testers, you'll:
Gather and analyse business requirements
Facilitate workshops and process-mapping activities
Identify opportunities to improve business processes and user experiences
Translate business needs into requirements and user stories
Support solution delivery, testing and implementation
Build strong stakeholder relationships across Australia and New Zealand
