The Business Analyst identifies, translates, and coordinates delivery of data science, analytics, and reporting solutions to business units and stakeholders.
The role works directly with customers and collaborates with Strategic Intelligence Developers and Engineers.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and opportunities.
- Support requirements understanding, translation, and capture.
- Support solution deployment and customer support.
- Coordinate solutions that support business strategy and execution.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- MBA or MHA preferred.
- Two years of hospital and/or multi-facility management experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
