Position summary

The Associate Product Manager in ITG Accelerated Technologies guides enterprise products from ideation through launch and beyond.

Works with analysts, designers, engineers, software developers, and business partners to deliver valuable products.

Understands customer problems, designs solutions, uses data to inform decisions, and manages solution delivery.

Major responsibilities

  • Lead product vision, strategy, and Agile planning, including monthly releases and quarterly planning.
  • Define and track KPIs; establish annual or quarterly OKRs and use metrics to measure outcomes.
  • Manage product discovery, delivery, and ongoing support, aligning stakeholders and product squads with business goals.
  • Collaborate across technical and business teams to design and deliver high-value solutions.
  • Use incremental delivery, proof of concept, minimum valuable products, and hypothesis testing.
  • Facilitate Scrum processes and ceremonies across dependent product teams.
  • Promote user-centered design through UX research, design sprints, story mapping, and prototyping.
  • Prioritize features using data and stakeholder input while balancing immediate needs and strategic roadmaps.
  • Maintain stakeholder and user relationships; monitor healthcare and technology trends and relevant team roadmaps.
  • Ensure applicable security, privacy, and responsible AI requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Communicate risks, blockers, roadmaps, and mitigation plans; track and report KPI/OKR value delivery.
  • Advocate for scalable, secure, efficient solutions to reduce insurance denials and improve patient care coordination.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least three years of experience in product management, business analysis, product analysis, engineering, architecture, project management, consulting, or another relevant field.

Preferred qualifications

  • One to two years of people management or product team leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience with AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Gemini Code Assist, ChatGPT, or similar preferred.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, APIs, microservices, and containerization such as Kubernetes preferred.
  • Understanding of enterprise AI governance, data protection, responsible AI, and secure AI tool integration preferred.
  • Agile certification preferred.
