BUSINESS ANALYST

Role Summary

Essential Job Functions

• Understand operational challenges, strategic priorities, and future business requirements with stakeholders.
• Run workshops, interviews, and process discovery sessions for current and future-state processes.
• Analyze business processes across retail, wholesale, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, procurement, inventory, and finance.
• Translate requirements into prioritized user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Challenge existing processes to simplify, standardize, and improve operations.
• Collaborate with business experts, operations leaders, architects, project managers, developers, and implementation partners.
• Support ERP solution design aligned with business objectives and operational needs.
• Facilitate decisions by balancing business priorities, technical constraints, and program timelines.
• Manage requirements changes and traceability from discovery through implementation.
• Support testing, business readiness, UAT, and business adoption.
• Identify and escalate risks, assumptions, dependencies, and workstream impacts.
• Champion continuous improvement and business analysis best practices.
