Role Summary

Essential Job Functions

• Capture current and future-state processes through stakeholder workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Analyze operational processes spanning retail, wholesale, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, procurement, inventory, and finance.
• Translate business needs into prioritized user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Improve and standardize processes while supporting ERP solution design.
• Manage requirements traceability and change through implementation.
• Support testing, business readiness, UAT, and business adoption.
• Identify risks, assumptions, dependencies, and impacts across workstreams.

Education and Experience

• Experience delivering complex ERP transformation programs as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in a high-volume product-based environment such as retail, wholesale, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Understanding of inventory, purchasing, warehousing, order management, and fulfilment processes.
• Experience eliciting, documenting, and managing business requirements.
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

Competencies

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Commercial awareness and business acumen related to operational performance.
• Ability to influence change, build consensus, and work pragmatically in ambiguous environments.
