Job Description We are seeking a skilled and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic eCommerce team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing business operations and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that business objectives are met and that the customer experience is seamless. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and data analytics tools, and will be able to translate complex data into actionable insights. Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement in eCommerce.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives and project scope.
• Develop detailed business requirements and specifications for new projects.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor strategies and market trends.
• Work with IT teams to ensure the effective implementation of business solutions.
• Monitor and report on the performance of eCommerce initiatives and KPIs.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to address project issues and changes.
• Identify and resolve operational and technical issues related to eCommerce.
• Design and execute user acceptance testing for new eCommerce features.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
• Document business processes and workflows to maintain project transparency.
• Analyze customer feedback to inform business strategies and enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in eCommerce.
• Proven experience with data analysis and data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with business and IT teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
