Job Title: Oracle EBS/Fusion Business Analyst

Location : Dubai UAE Hybrid

Role Type: Employment Contract

Description:

  • Responsible for ensuring quality in business analysis by validating & Drafting requirements(BRD) , supporting testing(QA), and driving accurate, reliable Oracle ERP solution delivery
  • Strong experience as an Oracle EBS/Fusion HRMS (80% Technical + 20% Functional)
  • Experience on Oracle EBS Application Object Library, Oracle EBS Workflow, XML Publisher (BI Publisher) , Oracle Alerts & Oracle APEX (Interactive Grid, Dynamic Actions, APEX security , APEX Workflow) ,
  • Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) , REST/SOAP Web Services , FBDI (File-Based Data Import) and HDL (HCM Data Loader) , BI Publisher & OTBI Analysis & Dashboards
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Database , SQL, PL SQL, Advanced PL SQL and experience in performance tuning
  • Functional Knowledge on Core HR, Absence Management , Payroll or any other Oracle EBS/Fusion module will be an added advantage
