Role Overview

  • 6 month initial contract with extensions
  • Working as part of a high profile digital transformation programme
  • Support delivery of strategic shared digital channel initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Supporting programme governance, planning and PMO activities across multiple digital initiatives
  • Monitoring programme progress, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies
  • Preparing executive dashboards, governance packs and performance reports for senior leadership
  • Coordinating stakeholders across multiple government entities to ensure alignment and effective delivery
  • Gathering, documenting and validating business requirements
  • Mapping and analysing end to end customer journeys to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
  • Producing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance customer experience and digital channel performance
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, reporting and performance measurement
  • Ensuring programme documentation, governance processes and reporting standards are maintained

Ideal Experience

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst, PMO Analyst or PMO Support within large digital transformation programmes
  • Strong understanding of PMO governance, programme reporting and project lifecycle management
  • Experience gathering business requirements and producing high quality documentation
  • Proven ability to map customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve digital services
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and reporting skills
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across multiple business functions or government entities
  • Experience producing executive level presentations, dashboards and governance reports
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience working within government, public sector or large enterprise digital transformation programmes would be highly advantageous
