Overview
We are looking for a driven, analytical and
strategic problem solver
with
strong common sense and business intuition

The Business Analyst will support in solving a wide array of business challenges and projects, from giving support in the definition of processes and frameworks, to analysing and getting insights from data, researching competitors, or collaborating with business stakeholders by understanding their needs, figuring out the solutions to meet them and making them happen. Responsibilities
- Operations Support:
- support and enhance daily operations across departments, by strategically identifying business problems and improvement opportunities, driving them and making them happen.
- Business Scalability:
- assist in the definition and documentation of key company processes and structures (e.g. frameworks, policies, templates) to enable efficient collaboration and establish company scalability.
- Business Insights:
- identify the critical questions behind each business challenge, determine the data required, extract actionable insights, and translate them into potential strategic decisions and initiatives.
• Strategic Ad-hoc Support
giving (very) agile and consistent support to the business function, on an ad-hoc requests basis, managing changing priorities, from creating a spot-on Job Description for a new role, to defining a framework, strategic market research, getting project updates from relevant stakeholders, or identifying a business problem and figuring out what to do and who to involve.
