Business Analyst

About This Role

Role Summary:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications for IT solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide insights on possible solutions.
• Develop and maintain process maps, use cases, and user stories to guide development teams.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals.
• Perform gap analysis and identify areas for process improvements.
• Support the design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of business systems and processes.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the implementation phase.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
• Perform related duties as required.
• Participate in advising and coaching the team on best practices, methodologies, and tools related to business analysis.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Proficient in business analysis tools and techniques, including process mapping, use case development, and requirements gathering.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in a public sector in Qatar is a plus.

Pay: QAR13,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per hour

• Business Analyst: 8 years (Preferred)
