Business Analyst

About This Role

MNCable Networks is a growing telecommunications and IT infrastructure provider in Qatar, delivering high-quality connectivity solutions to businesses across the region. We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, and strategic Business Analyst to join our team in Doha. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, helping us optimize operations and drive growth.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop detailed business cases, process maps, and functional requirements documents.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to design and implement solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Assist in testing and quality assurance of new systems and features.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools (Excel, Visio, JIRA, Confluence) and SQL.
• Knowledge of telecommunications or IT infrastructure industry is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid QID (Qatar ID) and NOC (No Objection Certificate) preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Professional certification (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems implementation.
• Experience working in Qatar or GCC region.
