Job Description:
TamDigi Solutions is seeking a skilled and analytical Business Analyst to support business operations and drive data-informed decision-making at our Education City office in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating requirements into effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for management
- Work closely with IT and operational teams to implement solutions
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities using data analysis
- Support project planning, testing, and implementation phases
- Ensure business needs are accurately translated into technical requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with business process modeling is an advantage
