Work with stakeholders to identify, document, and validate business requirements.

Process Analysis
Analyze current business processes and propose improvements for efficiency and scalability.

Solution Design Support
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.

Stakeholder Communication
Facilitate discussions between business users and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.

Testing and Validation
Support QA processes by validating that delivered solutions meet business expectations.

Documentation
Maintain clear and structured documentation of business processes, requirements, and system changes.

What We Are Looking For
Experience
6 plus years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise or technology driven environments.

Analytical Skills
Strong ability to evaluate complex business problems and propose structured solutions.

Technical Understanding
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and system integration concepts.

Communication Skills
Ability to clearly communicate requirements and align multiple stakeholders.

Mindset
Detail oriented, structured thinker with strong problem solving abilities and a focus on delivering practical business outcomes.
