Business Analyst - Digital Assets

Role

What you'll do

• Coordinate requirements, dependencies, and delivery across client, vendor, and implementation teams for platform implementation and integration.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications; map platform capabilities to client needs and identify gaps.
• Define workflows for trading, custody, wallet infrastructure, settlement, and tokenized assets, including processes, rules, controls, and exceptions.
• Support system and market-infrastructure integration, stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, testing, go-live readiness, documentation, and operational handover.
• Use approved AI tools and automation where appropriate, with human review and relevant governance and security controls.

What we're looking for

• Five or more years of Business Analyst experience in financial services, capital markets, or financial-market infrastructure.
• Practical institutional-grade digital asset or crypto background, including custody, trading, settlement, and wallet infrastructure.
• Experience implementing or integrating digital asset or DLT platforms; understanding of blockchain flows, tokenized assets, and on-chain settlement.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and external vendors.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving capabilities; openness to AI-enabled work and understanding of responsible AI, human validation, and escalation.

Bonus points

• Direct Taurus implementation or integration experience in institutional or regulated financial environments.
• Knowledge of tokenization, tokenized securities, and their application in traditional capital markets and exchange infrastructure.
• Experience with custody solutions, wallet infrastructure, blockchain networks, and related operational controls.
• Familiarity with exchange operations, post-trade processing, and integration with trading and settlement systems.
• Exposure to AI-enabled business analysis, intelligent automation, or AI-supported process optimization in regulated financial services.
