Responsibilities
- Lead requirements discovery through interviews, workshops, process mapping, and current-state analysis.
- Gather and manage requirements for data systems, platforms, integrations, and technology solutions; produce specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work with stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective solutions.
- Document data flows, structures, business rules, data quality, interfaces, and integration dependencies.
- Support requirements management, Agile ceremonies, UAT, stakeholder communication, and project documentation.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally on data systems, technology implementation, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong requirements engineering skills and understanding of data concepts, including structures, flows, quality, governance, and integrations.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills; experience supporting project delivery, Agile methodologies, and UAT.
- Exposure to SQL, cloud data platforms, data engineering, or AI projects is advantageous.
