Role overview

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and business processes; liaise with Finance, IT, Operations, and end users.
• Gather requirements and coordinate UAT and migration testing across geographies through successful delivery.
• Write functional specifications and ensure IT developments align with them.
• Perform integration testing and user acceptance testing and deliver assigned work on time and to quality standards.
• Provide functional production support to Finance users in APAC, the UK, and the Americas.
• Maintain the application and workflows; investigate root causes and coordinate resolution of user and system issues with IT.
• Raise service tickets and incidents, escalate issues according to procedure, and follow standard operating procedures.
• Help manage the product backlog and train Finance users and support teams on new functionality.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience.
• Master’s degree or equivalent.
• Native English is required.
• Good understanding of basic accounting concepts.
• Business analysis, SDLC, Agile, and accounts payable and receivable knowledge.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with IT, Finance, and back-office users and support change.
