Key Responsibilities
- Product Discovery & Requirements
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and user requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into user stories, epics, features, and acceptance criteria.
- Define business rules, workflows, and product logic.
- Support product roadmapping and backlog prioritisation.
- Maintain traceability between business objectives, requirements, and delivered solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, SMEs, product owners, and delivery teams.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

- Process Analysis & Improvement
- Analyse existing business processes and identify pain points, inefficiencies, and risks.

- Agile Product Delivery
