- ¿Cuál será tu misión en el proyecto?
- Definir el modelo de governance de un proceso complejo del banco, incluyendo roles, responsabilidades, foros de decisión, métricas y flujos de información.
- Gestiona los stakeholders de diferentes áreas (negocio, operaciones, riesgos, legal, etc.) asegurando la alineación y el avance coordinado.
- Diseñar y preparar presentaciones ejecutivas (PPT) que sirvan como base para foros mensuales de seguimiento y reportes de alto nivel.
- Convocar, planificar y facilitar las primeras reuniones de governance, asegurando agendas claras, preparación adecuada y seguimiento de acuerdos.
- Identificar riesgos, dependencias y puntos críticos del proceso para asegurar una implementación sólida del modelo.
- Inglés necesario a nivel conversación (B2 - C1)

- Modelo de trabajo en remoto 🏡.
- Horario flexible ⏰: horario flexible entrada 8.30h salida 18h con viernes intensivo de 8h a 15h y en verano (julio y agosto) intensivo de 8h a 15h

- Contrato indefinido 📄: Desde el primer día, con opción de 12 o 14 pagas.
