The Consultant will manage the Project Scoping Lifecycle and establish Program Management governance and ways of working.
The assignment supports the Marketplace Program throughout its one-year duration.
Qualifications and experience
- Experience within the leisure and entertainment industry and/or retail sector.
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to engage and manage stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executives, suppliers, vendors, and project team members.
- Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
Scope of work
- Lead the project scoping phase and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with third-party partners and stakeholders to achieve quality deliverables within the agreed scope.
- Manage the Project Scoping and Program Management phase of the Marketplace Program.
- Establish program management governance and ways of working from project initiation through completion.
- Support the Marketplace Program throughout its one-year duration.
