About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced
AI Business Analyst
to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of advanced AI solutions across customer experience and enterprise domains.
This role requires a strong mix of product thinking, program management, and technical expertise in AI/ML technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive AI product roadmap aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, PRD development, QA, UAT, release, and post-launch tracking
- Manage feature release cycles using KPIs, user engagement metrics, and system performance indicators
- Drive Agile delivery across multiple squads, including backlog prioritization and sprint planning
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between senior leadership, technical teams, and external vendors
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in AI/ML product or program management
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Experience working with data science, computer vision, and conversational AI solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
