About This Role

Job Description A Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. The successful candidate brings expertise in analyzing data, understanding client business needs, and liaising between client teams and IT departments to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role demands excellent analytical skills, strong communication capabilities, and a keen understanding of business process improvement. By understanding the strategic goals of the organization, a Business Analyst helps drive efficient project delivery and value realization, and plays a pivotal role in ensuring that technological solutions meet the long-term ambitions of the company.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes and workflows for efficiency improvements.
• Conduct detailed interviews with stakeholders to gather pertinent business requirements.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to guide the successful implementation of projects.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to collect and articulate project requirements.
• Evaluate data-driven decision-making needs, and develop analytics tools and dashboards.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure the timely delivery of business solutions.
• Assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to alleviate them.
• Create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders and executive teams.
• Liaise between business and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
• Review and validate solutions against business requirements and strategic objectives.
• Contribute to the continuous development and enhancement of business analysis processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools and methodologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and project requirements.
• Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies and software solutions.
• Highly analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
