A Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that organizational objectives are clearly understood and effectively translated into actionable plans.
This role focuses on gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, identifying gaps, and proposing data-driven solutions to improve processes, systems, and overall performance.
The position involves close collaboration with stakeholders across departments to understand workflows, challenges, and goals.
A Business Analyst facilitates discussions, conducts requirement workshops, and produces clear documentation such as business requirement documents, process flows, and functional specifications.
The role also includes evaluating existing systems, recommending improvements, and supporting the implementation of new solutions.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential, as the role requires interpreting complex business scenarios and identifying practical, efficient solutions.
The analyst also participates in testing, validation, and change management activities to ensure that delivered solutions meet business expectations.

Qualifications
